We hope you enjoy browsing and shopping on our online boutique and ordering your handmade cubbins accessories.
The products on our website may vary from time to time and are for illustrative purposes only. This provides a visual representation of your actual cubbins product - Sizes, colours and position of the fabric may vary as all products are made by hand to order.
Our products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Cubbins Product of equivalent value and quality without notice. In the event that we are unable to supply the Cubbins Product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
Prices
Prices listed within the Cubbins website are valid for a maximum of 14 days of submitting your order.
VAT and other taxes and duties are not included in our prices.
Orders & Payment
New customers are required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by most major credit and/or debit cards other than Solo, Electron, Amex and department store cards and any other credit and/or debit cards as we may specify from time to time. By clicking on the 'complete order' button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Cubbins site.
We cannot accept Orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.
There is no contract between the Seller and the Buyer until the buyers order has been received and payment has been made.
None trade customers must pay their invoice in full before work begins on their order.
Trade customers - must have an account with us and be verified as a trade customer before ordering from us and receiving the discounted trade prices. Invoices must be paid within 28 days of the date of the invoice. 5% interest will be charged on overdue accounts up to the date of the payment being received in cleared funds.
Cancelations and Complaints
We hope you will love your new accessories, however if you are not satisfied please notify us via email or post (in writing) within 7 days and we will endeavor to rectify the problem.
As all our products are made to order so once an order has been placed it is not possible to cancel it.
Our Customer Service Team is available from 9.30am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday, however please feel free to contact us out of hours and we will endeavor to get back to you at the next available opportunity.
Postage, Packaging and Delivery
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as hospitals, airports, hotels and ships, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
In respect of orders outside the UK, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland, delivery shall be made as soon as is reasonably practicable and may incur further delivery charges.
If you are sending your own fabrics we advise you to retain proof of purchase and postage as we cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.
Cost of delivery is not included in our prices. If you wish to state an exact delivery day, please notify us at the time of placing your order and a possible additional charge will be advised.
Large orders and International orders will also be subject to additional delivery charges. Please contact us at the time of placing your order for more details.
We aim to deliver your order within 6 weeks from receipt of payment and fabric, however if it is urgent we will always endeavor to meet your requirements.
Once your order has been picked up by the courier and leaves our premises it is not insured. If you wish to add insurance to your delivery please inform us before postage is arranged.
Disclaimer
Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Cubbins Site and/or the Cubbins Service is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Cubbins Site and/or the Cubbins Service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Cubbins Site and/or the Cubbins Service impossible or impractical.
